- What does hosting include?
- Every package includes fully managed, high-performance hosting on our infrastructure, an SSL certificate, automated daily backups, and 24/7 security monitoring — no third-party hosting bills to worry about.
- Can I upgrade between packages?
- Yes. You can move up to a higher plan at any point during your contract. We will prorate the difference from your next billing date and begin the additional services immediately.
- What counts as a "content update"?
- Content updates cover text changes, image swaps, new product listings, event announcements, and minor layout tweaks — anything short of a full redesign. Hours roll over for one month if unused.
